El sistema binario, acetona (1)-acetonitrilo (2) se ajusta estrechamente a la ley de Raoult. Utilizando los datos de presión de vapor que se dan a continuación trazar las curvas siguientes:

a) P–x₁ y P–y₁ a 323 K.

b) T–x₁ y T–y₁ a 53.32 kPa.

The binary system, acetone (1)–acetonitrile (2) conforms closely to Raoult’s law. Using the vapour pressure data given below plot the following:

a) P–x₁ and P–y₁ curves at 323 K.

b) T–x₁ and T–y₁ curves at 53.32 kPa.
